Sursudha Sangeetayan is the only cultural organization for visually impaired students in Bangladesh's cultural sphere. Established in 2013 with visually impaired artists, the organization now has 107 members. From its inception, the organization has been tirelessly working to showcase the cultural talents and skills of individuals with disabilities in the fields of arts and culture, aiming to establish their dignity, rights, and improve their quality of life. Renowned radio and television artists from various districts of Bangladesh are members of this organization. Among them are lyricists, composers, musicians, poets, vocalists, reciters, dancers, instrumentalists. Sursudha Sangeetayan also provides regular training to artists who are interested in receiving further instruction. Sursudha Sangeetayan regularly and successfully participates in performances at the Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy, Bangla Academy, National Museum, Bangladesh Folk Arts and Crafts Foundation fairs, Bangladesh Betar (Radio), and Bangladesh Television, as well as on various private TV channels and stage shows.
